GK Machine, Inc. provides its customers with very high quality fabricated product, delivered in a timely manner and at very competitive pricing.  The company is dedicated to Total Quality Management of its operations, which reinforces the philosophy of highest quality product for its clients.  The estimators, salesmen and senior management, over time, have developed a rapport with the engineers, purchasing agents, and employees of each of its vendors allowing for fewer problems and prompt service. 

 

Market Size

Knowing their customers allows GK Machine, Inc. to anticipate and deliver the necessary solutions to each customer's unique problems thus providing the logistics for a smooth delivery of product. 

The new markets include all of North America (United States, Canada and Mexico) with inquires for export to Australia at this time. Specialized industries have been found in these new markets, which find our current product lines very accepting to their applications.  These fields include the vineyard/grape industry, nursery stock industry and other specialty high row crop industry.  

GK Machine, Inc. has developed and designed a rubber track sprayer now being sought by strong specialty groups.  The uniqueness of this product group and its affordability makes for little competition at this time.

The company has 50,000 square feet of production facilities "plant" over two buildings with an additional 5,000 square feet of administrative facilities.  Both plant and administrative facilities are located on 4.5 acres of land owned by GK Properties, LLP.

Production Plan

Since 1976, GK Machine, Inc. developed and manufactured a variety of quality heavy duty Agricultural Equipment and has developed an extensive inventory of engineering knowledge of specific products.  In the past the company has spent considerable time and energy in developing prototypes.

In addition to its manufacturing capacity, the company has organized itself to be more responsive in the areas of Repairs of local operator’s equipment as well as having an efficient and aggressive Parts Sales organization.

GK Machine, Inc. builds every piece of equipment to the customer’s specifications; all equipment is customized.  This allows customers flexibility for where their equipment is used and what it is used for.
