Job description - Sales Manager

Full Time - Day Shift - Wages D.O.E. - 3+ years' agriculture equipment sales experience preferred

Working as an intricate part of our Sales team, the Sales Manager will provide support to sales representatives and directly responsible for developing relationships with existing clients and potential customers and growing those accounts.

This position manages sales team members and is responsible for the hiring and performance management of those employees. The Sales Manager ensures sales representatives have everything they need to be successful. They monitor sales progress, both individually and as a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
• Receive customer purchase orders and create sales.
• Ensure customer requirements are met.
• Create and maintain customer records.
• Monitor stock and inform supervisor of shortages.
