GK Machine takes pride in on-time deliveries for our customers while also making employee safety a priority. While some employees have taken time off work to quarantine themselves or care for a loved one due to a COVID situation, we are doing our very best to maintain lead times. Although challenging at times, we have tried our best to balance the needs of all involved. Please work with your sales representative if you have any concerns.

Shipping Delays
Many of the major carriers have informed us that there will be longer shipping transportation times due to record volume of packages during the holiday season as well as delays related to COVID. This also affects regular deliveries from vendors for many of the components to your order. We are planning ahead to offset any potential shipping delays.
