Job description - Warehouse Material Attendant

Full Time ~ Day Shift – 1 year experience preferred ~ Ag/Farm experience a plus

Join a great manufacturer as a member of the Warehouse Team. This position fills requisition from inventory by prioritizing orders, identifying items, packaging orders, and recording transactions to maintain inventory records.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately receive incoming freight and route it to the appropriate destination.
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to pay attention to detail.
• Excellent listening and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Computer literacy and technology skills.
• Dependability, flexibility, learning, and communication skills.
• Forklift experience, at least 2 years.
• Pallet jack experience, manual and electric.
• Ability to work closely with diverse groups of people, including company employees at all levels, manufacturers, suppliers, customers, and other outside professionals with whom the company deals on a regular basis.
• Decision-making and prioritizing skills - must be able to evaluate multiple tasks and prioritize as needed.
• Speed - be able to work quickly at a high level of performance without compromising safety and quality.
