Job description - Agricultural Equipment & Parts Sales

Full Time - Day Shift - 2-years experience preferred - Ag/Farm experience desired

Join a great manufacturer as a member of the Parts Counter Sales Team. You will perform various Agricultural Parts Sales duties related to parts, supplies, manufacturing services, and repairs to equipment. You will assist customers with selecting the appropriate part(s) or service for their Ag equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge customers in person, via telephone, or email.
• Assist customers in choosing the appropriate parts, services, and repairs.
• Follow up with customers on requested parts, repairs, or services by providing researched information and pricing.
• Accurately record and follow up on all sales and service transactions ensuring accurate billing.
• Keep the parts department regularly stocked, clean, and well-merchandised.
• Supply service technicians with parts as requested.
• Manage inventory and stock levels to keep the supply in stock and ready to sell.

Selling and upselling existing GK Machine services (laser, paint, machining, etc.), as well as handling customers' incoming calls and email inquiries. Knowledge or background of Agricultural parts, mechanical services, Ag repair, hydraulics, and Ag equipment is preferred.
