Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components according to detailed blueprints and schematics, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble parts, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and forklift operation when necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in assembly, fabrication, or machine and equipment repair.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with machine and equipment assembly processes and techniques.
• Background in manufacturing environments with warehouse experience.
• Certification or training in mechanical equipment, hydraulics, maintenance, and repair.
